Terms And Condition

The terms and conditions offered here constitute the agreement between you and Minicabs Park Royal. Booking a taxi and using the service indicates that you have unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions as they are listed in the agreement.

1. Definitions

Minicabs Park Royal and “we” or “us” refer to the company providing the service. The terms “you” and “your” can refer to any person, business, or company making a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 You are required to allocate enough time for the journey to allow you to arrive on time. This includes all airport transfers where you are required to check in at a certain time for your flight Minicabs Park Royal will not be responsible for any delay that has been caused by your inability to allocate enough time to reach your destination on time or if you do are not ready to be collected at the allocated time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to order a car of suitable size for all of the travelers and luggage. Minicabs Park Royal makes no guarantee to carry an excessive amount of luggage. Please be aware that a child, no matter the age of the child, will be regarded as a single passenger.

2.3 Anyone requiring wheelchair access should request this at the point of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Minicabs Park Royal provides a quotation based on information that has been provided by you. All prices, unless otherwise stated, are exclusive of VAT and if this charge is applicable, this will be charged in addition. If there are material changes to the stated itinerary, we reserve the right to alter the provided quote.

3.2 Our quote contains a 45-minute waiting period after the stated landing time and the cost of parking at the airport. Any waiting period in excess of this time will be charged at the standard Minicabs Park Royal waiting rate. We will do our best to review flight details and amend our service accordingly if there have been delays but we are not obliged to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote from us, you will receive confirmation of the booking. Please take the time to review this confirmation and ensure that it is 100% correct. If you don’t notify Minicabs Park Royal, we shall not be responsible for any delays or costs that arise due to this mistake.

3.4 Payment for journeys with us can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the behavior of all of the passengers who are on board for the journey. If the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted on by the passenger, a charge may be applied to cover cleaning costs.

4.2 You are not permitted to eat, drink, or smoke in the car.

4.3 All children in the car should be restrained in a manner that is appropriate to their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not allowed to carry more passengers than is stated by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 If you have to cancel your booking with Minicabs Park Royal, you should contact us as soon as you possibly can. If you do not cancel a vehicle until after it has been dispatched, a charge will be incurred. This charge will be based on the time and distance covered by the driver to the point of cancellation.

5.2 If you have booked through our online booking system and you cancel before the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge may be levied on the original payment.

6. Liability

6.1 While Minicabs Park Royal will do all we can to ensure you arrive on time at your destination, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to delays that are beyond our control. There are no circumstances where Minicabs Park Royal will be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 If the vehicle breaks down during your journey with Minicabs Park Royal, we will do what we can to provide an alternative car to allow you to complete your journey as quickly as you possibly can.

6.4 You will not indemnify Minicabs Park Royal for any expenses, damages, costs or losses that arise from any omission or act from anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved is able to exclude or limit their liability for personal injury or death which ash been caused by negligence fraudulent misrepresentation or wilful default, or for any other matter which is classed as unenforceable by all/any applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking, with immediate effect, if any vehicle or driver is placed at risk, whether through abuse, violence, or damage, from you or any other passenger. There will be no refunds provided for any journey which has been terminated during the hire.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Minicabs Park Royal may subcontract their obligation as stated in this agreement. You will not assign, delegate or transfer any of the obligations or rights you hold, under this agreement.

8.2 Minicabs Park Royal may alter the terms and conditions at any time and can do so by making these changes to this page. Please be sure to review these terms and conditions on a regular basis to ensure that you are aware of the applicable changes. Any existing bookings will be undertaken at applicable rates which were in effect at the point of making a booking.

8.3 We store, use and process information with respect to the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement represents the full agreement between Minicabs Park Royal and yourself.

8.5 There is nothing contained in these terms and conditions which are intended to confer any advantage or benefit to a third party. No third party maintains the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless agreement has been put in place in writing.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made in under 30 days from the booking pickup date, Minicabs Park Royal are not obligated to entertain any claims and/or disputes that have been made after this time frame.
